Job Summary:
Responsible for inspecting, validating, and recording the conformity of repairs, ensuring quality and compliance with corporate and customer standards, as well as supporting audits and decision-making.
Key Highlights:
1. Ensures quality and compliance with standards in repair processes.
2. Develops independent judgment in damage identification and decision-making.
3. Supports quality management audits and corrective actions.
* Visually and technically inspect vehicles at various stages of the repair process
* Validate that each service meets the standards established by the company and the customer.
* Record conforming and non-conforming service outputs.
* Maintain traceability of results.
* Review whether reworked vehicles or processes have been correctly corrected prior to release.
* Support validation of the effectiveness of implemented corrective actions.
* Provide records and documentary evidence during quality management system audits.
* Exercise independent judgment regarding damages identified on vehicles and responsibility for decision-making.
* Comply with and enforce customer-required quality standards.
* Maintain effective communication and process implementation.
Requirements:
* Gender: Unrestricted
* 1 year of experience in similar positions
* Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standard
* Education: Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Administration degree or related field
* Age: 20 \- 50 years
* Availability to work the following schedule: **Monday\-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.**
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: $10,000\.00 \- $12,000\.00 per month
