Job Summary: We are seeking a Construction Estimator to join our team, responsible for field measurements, evidence collection, drawing updates, and estimation management. Key Highlights: 1. Contribute to the advancement of construction projects Join our team as: CONSTRUCTION ESTIMATOR Responsibilities: * 1\.\- Field measurement of completed work * 2\.\- Photographic evidence collection of activities according to required specifications for submission. * 3\.\- Drawing updates, if requested by the client. * 4\.\- Comparison of construction progress (jointly with the Site Resident Engineer for verification of subcontractor progress). * 5\.\- Timely delivery of estimators as scheduled in the weekly calendar. * 6\.\- Correction of estimators following review with the Site Supervisor. * 7\.\- Printing of estimates * 8\.\- Ensure all estimates are fully signed by the Site Supervisor and Site Resident Engineer * 9\.\- Scanning and organizing of estimates * 10\.\- Preparation of special and supplementary formats and estimators for assigned items. * 11\.\- Filing of printed estimates, if required. * 12\.\- Monitor due dates for estimate submissions.
