Join our team! **Position Mission** The mission of this position is to supervise and manage activities carried out by the branch team, ensuring proper implementation of protocols and customer service standards. Supervises flawless execution of current processes and policies, contributing through actions that generate greater profitability and expense control. **Position Description** Key Responsibilities \- Ensure service quality standards by monitoring flawless execution of team processes and activities. \- Ensure compliance with business-established metrics, generate sales reports, and conduct branch operational checklists. \- Execute actions to maintain accurate inventory records, product facing and shelving, as well as branch order and cleanliness. \- Evaluate direct reports using performance metrics, feedback sessions, and identification of training needs. Requirements \- Completed high school education.
