Position: Senior Accountant – Guadalajara / Lomas Verdes, Naucalpan, State of Mexico. We are looking for a **Senior Accountant** to oversee and execute key accounting processes, ensuring the company’s financial integrity and supporting strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities * Accurately and timely record all financial transactions. * Supervise and maintain up-to-date accounting and financial records. * Prepare and review financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, special reports). * Perform bank reconciliations and accounts receivable/payable reconciliations. * Develop financial projections and trend analyses. * Prepare and file monthly and annual tax returns. * Support monthly and annual accounting closings. * Supervise junior accounting staff, ensuring quality and compliance. Required Profile * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Certified Public Accountant. (Degree holder) * **Minimum 4 years of accounting experience (including at least 1 year as Junior Accountant and 3 years as Accounting Analyst/Assistant).** * Advanced knowledge of accounting and tax regulations. * Proficiency in accounting software and Excel. * Competencies: operational leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, results orientation, and process control.
