**Position: Payroll Assistant** We are looking for a professional with experience in payroll preparation and management. The selected candidate will be responsible for calculating and administering employee salaries, ensuring accuracy of information and compliance with current labor regulations. **Main responsibilities:** \- Review and update records of hours worked. \- Prepare biweekly payments to employees. \- Manage incidents, vacations, bonuses, severance payments, and overtime. \- Verify compliance with tax and social security obligations. **Required profile:** \- Previous experience in payroll management. \- Knowledge of LFT, IDSE, IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, ISR, and CONTPAQi. \- Ability to work under pressure and meet established deadlines. \- High attention to detail, responsibility, and professional ethics. \- Advanced Intermediate Excel skills. **Requirements:** \- Gender: Indifferent \- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting with title and license \- Experience: Minimum 1 year in similar positions **Working hours:** \- Monday to Friday from 9:00 am \- 7:00 pm **We offer:** \- Monthly net salary $11,000.00 \- Statutory benefits Type of position: Full-time Salary: $11,000.00 per month Education: * Completed Bachelor's degree (Mandatory) Experience: * CONTPAQi: 1 year (Mandatory) Work location: On-site job
