




Position Summary: Responsible for controlling and supervising the entry and exit of units, coordinating maneuvers, ensuring on-time deliveries, and maintaining the physical-mechanical condition of the fleet. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and supervision of unit logistics operations. 2. Ensuring control and maintenance of the vehicle fleet. 3. Management of documentation and operational incident reports. · Control unit entries and exits. · Perform checklists upon unit entry (failures reported by drivers, visual inspection). · Assign parking positions. · Coordinate loading and unloading maneuvers. · Monitor unit dwell times. · Verify yard space availability. · Inspect the physical-mechanical condition of the entire fleet. · Coordinate with traffic department regarding unit availability. · Ensure timely delivery of units as scheduled. · Report operational incidents in real time (e.g., collisions). · Coordinate workshop cleanliness and order. · Select tires for validation of replacement, disposal, and spare parts. · Monthly tire semaphore review. · Ensure all unit documentation—including utility vehicles—is up to date (registration card, physical-mechanical verification, anti-pollution verification, valid insurance policy). · Receive units upon registration of decommissioning.
