




Position Summary: The Pre-Sales Supervisor leads, supervises, and develops a team to achieve sales targets and expand customer coverage, transactions, and portfolio. Key Highlights: 1. Lead and monitor the team to achieve the monthly budget. 2. Develop the universe of buyer customers and reduce inactivity. 3. Conduct coaching and on-the-road accompaniments to improve performance. The Pre-Sales Supervisor is responsible for achieving sales targets in their assigned territory through managing, supervising, and developing the pre-sales team, ensuring proper execution at the point of sale. Their primary objective is to increase customer coverage, transactions, and portfolio development, aligned with the company's commercial indicators and strategies. Main Responsibilities Lead and monitor the team to achieve the monthly budget (BDGT). Develop the universe of buyer customers, reducing inactivity. Conduct coaching, on-the-road accompaniments, and daily performance follow-up. Design and control route plans and weekly work plans. Supervise commercial KPIs (coverage, active customers, transactions, and portfolio). Coordinate with internal departments such as Billing, Logistics, Control Desk, and Trade Marketing.
