Job Objective: Support the management, control, and tracking of procurement for materials, tools, and services required for construction project execution, ensuring timely supply, input quality, and cost optimization. Main Responsibilities: Request quotations from construction material and service suppliers. Compare prices, quality, delivery times, and commercial terms. Prepare comparative tables to support decision-making. Generate purchase orders and track them until on-site delivery. Coordinate material requirements with site supervisors and warehouse staff. Verify that received materials comply with technical specifications. Maintain an up-to-date supplier catalog. Support price and purchasing term negotiations. Control and archive documentation (invoices, purchase orders, delivery notes). Track payments and invoicing with the administrative department. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering. Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement or related roles within the construction industry (preferred). Knowledge of construction materials and construction processes. Proficiency in Excel (intermediate to advanced level). Negotiation and analytical skills.
