Throughout our history, we have distinguished ourselves by offering high-quality products with innovative designs, positioning ourselves as a leading brand in the national and international furniture sector. **Job Description** Coordinate, supervise, and optimize production processes within the assigned area, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety in the plant. * **Education:** Engineering or TSU (Technical Superior University) * **Experience:** 3 years in the position. Preferred but not mandatory: experience in the furniture industry (living rooms) * **Age:** 28 to 45 years old * **Gender:** No preference **Responsibilities:** * Production planning and organization. * Supervision of the work team. * Quality control. * Resource management (materials, machinery, and equipment) * Occupational health and safety. * Problem resolution and continuous improvement. * Interdepartmental coordination. **Skills:** * Leadership * Teamwork * Effective communication * Analytical ability **Knowledge:** * Basic Excel knowledge * Performance indicator management * Data analysis * Preventive and corrective actions * Continuous improvement Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $8,589\.86 \- $19,429\.20 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract Work Location: On-site employment
