Responsibilities: 1\) Production planning and organization. 2\) Supervision of the work team. 3\) Quality control. 4\) Resource management (materials, machinery, and equipment) 5\) Occupational health and safety 6\) Problem resolution and continuous improvement 7\) Interdepartmental coordination. Skills: 1\) Leadership 2\) Teamwork 3\) Effective communication 4\) Analytical ability. Knowledge: 1\) Basic Excel knowledge 2\) KPI management 3\) Data analysis 4\) Preventive and corrective actions 5\) Continuous improvement Education: Engineering or TSU degree Minimum experience: 3 years in a similar position. Preferred but not mandatory: experience in the furniture manufacturing industry.
