Born in Buenos Aires in 2019, we are expanding across the region. We currently operate in Argentina, Mexico, Uruguay, Chile, Colombia, Peru, Guatemala, Portugal, Spain, and the U.S. We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our Sales team in Mexico City! What will be your key challenges? * Hunting & Prospecting: Aggressively identifying and generating new business opportunities in the parcel, distribution, retail, and technology sectors. * Outbound Sales: Actively prospecting new customers through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn strategies to ensure a consistent, qualified sales pipeline. * End-to-End Management: Leading the full sales cycle—from prospecting and needs identification to negotiation and contract closing (Closing). * Value-Based Consulting: Understanding clients’ logistics processes and pain points to position Moova’s solution as a strategic partnership. * Initial Onboarding: Supporting newly acquired accounts during their first months to ensure successful implementation before solidifying the relationship. * Methodology & Data: Logging all progress in our CRM (HubSpot), generating accurate reports and reliable sales forecasts. * Networking: Actively participating in industry events and trade fairs to generate leads and strengthen brand presence. * Teamwork: Collaborating with operational teams to ensure the sales promise is delivered in practice. What do we expect from you? * Residency: Must reside in Mexico City (CDMX). * Experience: 2–3 years of B2B sales experience, with focus on lead generation and full-cycle deal management. * Industry: Prior experience in logistics, distribution, parcel delivery, or last-mile operations (Mandatory). * Language: English at B2 or higher level (Required). * Profile: Experience in startups or high-growth, dynamic environments (Preferred). * Education: University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related fields. * Tools: Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot is a plus) and prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo). * Skills: Effective communication, negotiation, results orientation, and autonomy.
