System Integration: Ability to connect different existing software applications and systems, which is the primary purpose of InvGate APIs. This may involve using API management platforms such as Apigee or WSO2. Business Logic and Workflow Design: Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM) processes to design integrations that automate tasks and optimize workflows. Integration Tools: Familiarity with automation and integration platforms like Zapier, commonly used to connect InvGate with other popular tools. Problem Solving and Debugging: Ability to diagnose connectivity issues, data errors, and authentication failures during the integration process. Technical Documentation: Skill in reading and understanding InvGate API technical documentation to use it effectively.
