We are looking for a videographer with solid technical experience, strong visual judgment, and the ability to adapt to diverse production styles. If you love storytelling through the lens and thrive in collaborative environments, this role is for you. **Responsibilities** * Professionally operate the **Sony FX3** camera, adjusting logarithmic profiles (S-Log3), dual ISO, manual white balance, and color settings. * Confidently handle **DJI** gimbals: efficient balancing, tracking modes, and smooth movements. * Control exposure using tools such as zebras and histograms. * Apply cinematic language: shot types, camera movements, pacing, and audiovisual narrative. * Compose scenes thoughtfully: depth, leading lines, symmetry, color, rule of thirds. * Light effectively in studio and on location (softboxes, LEDs, diffusers). * Capture clean direct audio when required. * Maintain an organized workflow: clip selection, backup, labeling, and classification by scene/date. * Interpret visual references, technical scripts, and storyboards. * Participate in all stages of production: pre-production, filming, and delivery. * Collaborate with directors, art departments, talent, and clients—communicating ideas clearly. * Work under pressure without compromising material quality. * Propose visual improvements during each shoot. **Requirements** * Proven experience operating professional cameras (preferably the **Sony FX3**). * Proficiency in using gimbals (DJI). * Basic knowledge of Log color grading and exposure. * Familiarity with FPS, shutter angle, ND filters, and related technical concepts. * Diverse portfolio (not limited to events). * Impeccable organization of files and media. * Basic knowledge of still photography. * Experience creating social media content (both horizontal and vertical formats). * Basic on-set safety knowledge. * Punctuality, responsibility, and professional attitude. * Ability to work collaboratively in teams. **Desirable:** * Experience in corporate, advertising, documentary, or fiction productions. * Versatility to adapt to different styles. * Creative ability to propose visuals, framing, and camera movements. * Ability to quickly resolve technical issues. **We Offer** * Hybrid work arrangement * All professional equipment provided by the company * Per diems for on-location shoots * Growth opportunities within **Ovejeros Producciones** * A creative and collaborative work environment **Interested?** Send your **portfolio, CV, and/or technical reel** to: **ovejerosproducciones@gmail.com** with subject line **“Videographer Position – [Your Name]”** Position type: Full-time, indefinite term Benefits: * Flexible working hours * Option for indefinite-term contract * Cafeteria service Application question(s): * Are you available for shoots outside Pachuca or on weekends?
