




Job Summary: Coordinate and drive engineering activities for the introduction of new products and implementation of changes, ensuring compliance with specifications and continuous improvement. Identification of changes to improve quality and production capacity **Objective** Coordinate and drive engineering activities for the introduction of new products and subsequent implementation of product changes and improvements (ECNs, product deviations, workflows, engineering notes, use of alternate parts, etc.) and obtain applicable customer approvals when required. **Key Responsibilities:** \- Ensure that required documents, labels, and software are received on time and that all products are built and tested according to the latest specifications. \- Coordinate Bill of Materials (BOMs) validation, maintenance, and implementation, as well as proper configuration of all master data. \- Coordinate and drive all engineering activities for the introduction of new products and subsequent implementation of product changes. \- Coordinate the design and implementation of process control systems (SFC) and appropriate routing to process and test units and collect required data. \- Identify and implement changes to improve quality and production capacity while reducing quality risks, manufacturing time, and cost. \- Participate in the development, review, and approval of methods, procedures, FMEAs, process flows, fixtures, visual aids, tools, and training materials. **Requirements:** · Minimum 1 year of experience in the field · Completed degree: Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Computer Science Engineering · Intermediate English · Advanced Microsoft Office · SAP (desirable) **Work Schedule:** 1st shift: 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM 3rd shift: 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM Weekend work availability **''eCMMS FOXCONN JUAREZ does not accept payments related to hiring and is a company free from any form of discrimination''** Employment Type: Indefinite-term position Salary: $1\.00 \- $2\.00 per month Benefits: * Major medical expense insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Cafeteria service * Additional vacation days or paid leave Work Location: On-site employment
