Job Summary: Ensure physical and documentary accuracy of products during receiving, storage, and shipping processes, guaranteeing inventory reliability and quality. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operate under demanding conditions with attention to detail. ***COLD STORAGE VERIFIER (WAREHOUSE)*** **GENERAL OBJECTIVE:** Ensure the physical and documentary accuracy of products and materials during receiving, storage, and shipping processes by validating quantities, conditions, batches, and expiration dates, thereby guaranteeing inventory reliability and compliance with quality, food safety, and customer service standards. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed high school education. * 3 years of relevant experience. * Employment stability. **KNOWLEDGE:** * PC, Microsoft Office Suite. * Proficiency in Windows operating system and * tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. * ERP and WMS system operation. * Dock and warehouse operations. **SKILLS:** * Initiative. * Dynamism. * Strong organizational ability. * Decision-making capability and judgment. * Good interpersonal relationship management. * Teamwork capability. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Physically verify goods during: receiving, picking, and shipping. * Validate: quantities (boxes, pieces, pallets), batches and expiration dates, physical condition of products, labeling, and traceability. * Compare against documentation: purchase orders, internal transfers, customer orders; ensure FIFO/FEFO compliance; detect and report discrepancies, shortages, overages, damages, expired items, picking errors; approve or reject goods per company policies; support cycle counts and inventories; verify proper stowing and product handling. * Ensure compliance with food safety standards (especially cold chain requirements). * Maintain zero errors in loading/unloading operations. * Detect deviations before they impact customers. * Work under time pressure during loading/unloading. * Maintain attention to detail during repetitive operations. * Control traceability (batches/expiration dates). * Operate under demanding conditions (cold temperatures, humidity, high pace). **WE OFFER:** * **Gross monthly salary: $13,200\.** * **Savings fund.** * **Statutory benefits: Social security, vacation, and year-end bonus.** * **Savings fund.** * **Savings fund (optional).** * **Transportation assistance.** * **Bonuses.** * **Uniforms.** * **Employment contract with the company.** * **Birthday day off.** * **Death benefit assistance.** * **Vacation bonus.** Salary: $13,000\.00 \- $13,200\.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation assistance or service * Savings fund * Option for indefinite-term contract * Life insurance * Cafeteria service * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
