Opportunity for growth in the logistics area At DULCES EL DESCUENTO, we seek a Returns Assistant responsible for managing and administering reverse logistics: receiving, inspecting, and processing goods returning to the warehouse, ensuring their accurate registration in the system, physical condition validation, inventory updates, promotion handling, and delivery incident resolution. Main Responsibilities Receiving goods. Inventory management. Incident resolution. Processing returns and rejections in the SAE system. Promotions (tracking promotion shipments). Requirements Education: High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related field. Experience: Minimum 1 year in logistics, traffic, transportation, or distribution. Knowledge: Inventory and shipping documentation. Logistics management systems. Skills and Competencies Assertive communication. Organization and planning. Proactivity and results orientation.
