JOB OBJECTIVE Ensure the integrity of the company’s financial information and generate financial analyses that enable optimization of business profitability, support management decision-making, and improve financial control over operations. RESPONSIBILITIES Financial Control • Oversee accounting reconciliations and account clean-up in SAP Business One. • Coordinate monthly financial and administrative closings. • Validate the integrity of financial information. Financial Analysis • Interpret financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement). • Analyze profitability by product line, branch, and sales channel. • Detect financial variances and propose corrective actions. Financial Planning • Prepare financial reports and dashboards for management. • Analyze margins, costs, and operating expenses. • Support budgeting and financial forecasting activities. Process Improvement • Identify opportunities to improve administrative and financial processes. • Optimize financial controls within the company. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. • Minimum 3 years of experience in financial control or financial analysis. • Experience working with SAP Business One. • Strong knowledge of financial statement interpretation. • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills. • Experience in commercial or distribution companies is desirable.
