Position Objective Ensure proper warehouse operations during the evening shift, guaranteeing inventory control, product picking supervision, settlements, and delivery van status. Key Responsibilities Supervise 4 warehouse staff in daily operations. Supervise product preparation for order picking. Receive delivery units in good condition. Validate route settlement processes. Receive returned products in good condition. Ensure correct re-entry of products into inventory. Manage incidents (shortages, shrinkage, discrepancies). Supervise cash withdrawal from delivery vans' safes. Specific Functions Order Operations Coordinate product preparation for next-day order picking. Identify and report shortages. Route Settlements Review returns versus documentation. Validate returned products, quantities, and re-entry into inventory. Ensure system-based settlement closure. Validate cash safeguarding (photographic evidence). Unit Control Execute unit checklists (license plates, fuel level, mileage, documentation). Record photographic evidence. Identify damages and assign accountability. Requirements Warehouse/logistics experience (2+ years). Inventory and system management experience. Experience supervising operational staff. Organization, control, and attention to detail. Availability for evening shift. Performance Indicators (KPIs) Inventory accuracy. % errors in picking and returns. Route settlement time. Incidents per unit (damages/unreported). Process and checklist compliance.
