Job Summary: We are seeking a Raw Materials Warehouse Coordinator to join our team, leading the operational management and continuous improvement of the warehouse. Key Highlights: 1. PI Group is looking for your talent as: **RAW MATERIALS WAREHOUSE COORDINATOR,** to join our team. * **Location:** ✦ Cuautitlán, Mexico. * **Schedule:** ✦ Monday to Saturday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM (weekly rotating shift). * **Requirements:** ✦ Bachelor's degree or current candidate in Business Administration or related field. ✦ Minimum 2 years of experience in **RAW MATERIALS OR MANUFACTURING WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT** (Not 3PL or E-commerce). ✦ Knowledge of ISO 9001 \- Quality Management System. ✦ Knowledge of ISO 14001 \- Environmental Management System. ✦ Knowledge of applicable regulations for the area (STPS). ✦ Knowledge of 5S methodology. ✦ Inventory control and analysis (Max/Min). ✦ Knowledge of warehouse processes (picking lists and material picking). ✦ Proficiency in Excel and SAP. * **Responsibilities:** ✦ Implementation of continuous improvement. ✦ Integration and coordination of work teams. ✦ Operational verification of receipt and storage (BPA). ✦ Control and verification of FIFO systems. ✦ Management and control of warehouse layout. ✦ Extensive handling of KPIs and statistical indicators. ✦ Knowledge and safe operation of forklifts. ✦ Chemical requisition handling within the warehouse. ✦ Hosting internal and customer audits. * **We Offer:** ✦ Bi-weekly salary payment. ✦ Statutory benefits from day one. ✦ Christmas bonus (21 days). ✦ Vacation (12 days). ✦ Vacation premium. ✦ Profit sharing. ✦ Savings fund (6\.5%). ✦ Grocery vouchers (6\.5%). ✦ Transportation allowance ($300\). ✦ Subsidized cafeteria ($23\.50\). ✦ English classes. ✦ Provision of products. ✦ Scholarships for continuing education. ✦ Employee pricing for company products. ✦ Support for employee parents.
