Collaborative work environment **Job Objective** Support the implementation of training programs, ensuring the development of technical and social skills for operational staff and middle management, as well as administrative follow-up and control of related information. **Main Responsibilities** * Deliver training to security personnel and middle management. * Develop courses focused on social skills and technical competencies. * Administer and analyze training-related databases. * Prepare progress and results reports. * Conduct training needs assessments. * Coordinate in-person sessions across various operational sites. **Job Requirements** * **Age:** 30 to 40 years old * **Gender:** Unrestricted * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy, Psychology, Coaching, Human Resources, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years in training (preferably in private security companies). **Required Technical Knowledge** * Private Security (preferred) * Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher, and OneDrive * Platform proficiency: Google Meet and Zoom * Learning techniques and activities * Teaching methods and styles * Management by objectives **Skills and Competencies** * Leadership and group management * Strong verbal communication and assertive communication skills * Emotional intelligence * Frustration tolerance * Organization and follow-up ability **We Offer** * Fixed biweekly salary: **$5,286.80** * Statutory benefits from day one * Continuous training * Professional growth opportunities * Collaborative work environment Salary: Starting from $10,573.60 per month Benefits: * Study support * Transportation assistance or service * Option for indefinite-term contract * Life insurance * Free uniforms * Additional vacation days or paid leave Work Location: On-site employment
