Main Responsibilities Order Management: reception, validation, and system entry into TMS. Incident Management during delivery (full or partial rejections), ensuring accurate registration in TMS. Verification of validity periods, quantities, delivery time windows, and cargo type, ensuring operational feasibility for each service. Follow-up with Control Tower / BPO to ensure adherence to established logistics timelines. Monitoring of special deliveries and scheduled appointments to ensure compliance. Scheduling appointments via customer portals, meeting all requirements and validity conditions. Sending pre-shipment operational communications (at least 24 hours prior), including order breakdowns and delivery appointment details. Requesting transportation units according to each client’s specifications. Collecting necessary documentation and information to support each service. Planning and generating daily shipments, registering trips in TMS (orders, quantities, loading/unloading appointments). Delivering relevant documentation for loaded services at facilities (load documents, invoices, exit passes). Communicating client requirements, needs, and exceptional requests to the Operations team for proper execution.
