Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to schedule and supervise routes, optimize logistics operations, and manage teams, ensuring on-time delivery and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages scheduling and supervision of transportation routes. 2. Optimizes operational costs and strategically coordinates teams. 3. Implements strategies to reduce incidents and ensure regulatory compliance. Schedule daily/weekly routes. Supervise proper execution of local and international routes. Ensure on-time delivery and service-level agreement (SLA) compliance. Coordinate the operations team. Optimize routes, timing, and operational costs (diesel, tolls, maintenance). Implement strategies to reduce incidents (theft, unauthorized deviations, unapproved stops). Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). Ensure compliance with transportation regulations (SCT, safety, documentation). Coordinate with maintenance to ensure vehicle availability. Manage operational incidents and make immediate decisions. Prepare operational reports for management.
