Focus on talent management and organizational culture Organizational Development Analyst At HIMEDI, we seek an Organizational Development Analyst with expertise in talent management, organizational culture, and employee development—capable of driving initiatives that strengthen employee experience and contribute to organizational growth. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or Human Resources. Postgraduate studies in OD or Human Talent preferred. Mandatory experience: Organizational Development, Training, Change Management, or Talent; job profile and position description documentation; KPI dashboard development; 9-Box Matrix development. Technical knowledge in: Organizational Climate and Culture Assessment; Job Profile Design and Performance Evaluation; Change Management Models; Organizational Structures and Process Analysis; Management Indicators (KPIs) · WORK LOCATION: Cuautitlán, Mexico WE OFFER: Monthly gross salary of $25,000 Food vouchers equivalent to 5% of salary Statutory benefits · Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00. -Requirements- Minimum Education: Higher Education – Bachelor's Degree 3 years of experience Languages: Spanish, English Age: between 28 and 35 years old Keywords: resident, supervisor, team leader, assistant manager, responsible person, coordinator, manager, captain
