We look for people with attitude, energy, and passion for service. Join our team as a SEAFOOD-SPECIALIZED UNIT CHEF. Prior experience managing staff is MANDATORY. Seafood specialization is MANDATORY. Knowledge of hygienic food handling. Availability to work on weekends. Willingness to relocate within the state of Hidalgo. Knowledge and Skills: * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Gastronomy, Culinary Arts, or Food Engineering. * **Experience:** Minimum 3–5 years in kitchen leadership roles (Sous Chef or Executive Chef) or in product development areas. * **Technical Skills:** * Ensure cleanliness, order, and compliance with kitchen standards. * In-depth knowledge of safety and hygiene (e.g., Distintivo H or equivalent). Teamwork Supervision and attention to detail Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills. Ability to train and develop staff. **Responsibilities:** Supervise and coordinate operational staff. Assign, monitor, and verify completion of daily tasks. Oversee operational processes at branches, ensuring proper execution and making adjustments when necessary. Support training and onboarding of new staff. Provide continuous feedback to the Head Chef regarding performance and areas for improvement. Supervise and control inventories, ensuring optimal stock levels. Address and resolve incidents within the kitchen area. Propose new dishes and continuously improve recipe books. Implement actions to reduce waste. Organize and maintain audit documentation folders. Salary: $18,000.00 – $25,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
