Job Description
100% ON-SITE IN TEPOTZOTLAN, MEXICO STATE
Main Job Responsibilities:
* Planning and assigning routes.
* Interacting with operators.
* Coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance.
* Responsible for optimizing the capacity of each unit and transportation resources to achieve goal fulfillment.
Required Knowledge:
* Minimum 5 years of experience as a logistics coordinator
* Nationwide route management.
Job Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and supervise transportation activities
* Ensure operators meet each client's requirements to successfully complete planned routes
* Manage dynamic routing to optimize operations and achieve 100% completion of scheduled deliveries
* Supervise operations at customer centers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
* Monitor vehicle tracking systems and respond to any emergencies arising during planned routes
* Support implementation of corrective and preventive actions to ensure efficient operational organization
* Assist in collecting delivery evidence to meet objectives set by the settlement department
* Support logistics supervisors in reducing incidents and achieving customer satisfaction
* Mandatory KPI management
Regulatory Compliance:
* Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to the transportation of hazardous materials, including documentation, packaging, labeling, and safety procedures.
Safety:
* Follow up and comply with safety measures, quality objectives, and the organization's overall responsibility
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM, and half-day on Saturdays.
