We are currently looking for our next Technical Support Assistant. Your Challenge Provide technical support in computing and communications to the company’s end users. Your Responsibilities Provide all necessary support to end users regarding configuration of equipment and software deployed by the company. Keep company applications updated to meet user requirements. Manage users and configuration of KRONOS time clocks both at the office and on-site. Coordinate support activities for projects together with ASINFO staff. Control the company’s hardware and software inventory. Your Profile Technical degree in Computer Science or Bachelor’s degree student in Systems with one year of experience providing user support, equipment maintenance, and inventory control.
