Role Objective Lead the end-to-end process of certifications and technical, regulatory, and cybersecurity compliance enabling KinPOS Corporation’s expansion into the U.S. market. The consultant will ensure that hardware and software solutions comply with standards mandated by U.S. regulatory authorities, payment brands, and certification bodies. Key Responsibilities * Lead the certification roadmap for PCI DSS, SOC 2, ISO 27001, EMVCo, FCC, UL, and other applicable standards. * Conduct gap analyses and develop action plans for each standard. * Coordinate external audits and manage technical documentation, controls, and evidence. * Oversee payment terminal (e.g., PAX, Ingenico) certification with bodies such as EMVCo, Visa, and Mastercard. * Establish information security, privacy, and AML/KYC policies aligned with NIST, FinCEN, and CCPA. * Advise development and operations teams on compliance and post-certification maintenance. * Represent KinPOS before auditors, testing laboratories, and U.S. regulatory authorities. Profile & Requirements * Engineer or professional in computer science, telecommunications, or related fields. * 5+ years of experience in technical or regulatory certifications within fintech, payments, or SaaS. * Advanced knowledge of PCI DSS, SOC 2, ISO 27001, EMVCo, FCC, UL, CCPA, FinCEN/AML/KYC. * Proven experience coordinating audits and international projects. * Advanced English proficiency (C1 or native). * Strong documentation management, planning, and cross-functional leadership capabilities. * Experience with POS terminals or payment platforms is desirable. Engagement Type * International consulting engagement (project-based contract / semi-annual or annual retainer). * Remote work, with availability for virtual meetings and audits with U.S.-based stakeholders. * Direct reporting to the General Management and the Legal & Technical Compliance Department. Key Deliverables * Approved U.S. certification roadmap (PCI, SOC 2, FCC, etc.). * Audit-ready policies and procedures. * Consolidated technical evidence and reports. * Initial certifications obtained or actively underway within the first 6–9 month cycle.
