Experience: 3–5 years of experience in strategic consulting, planning, investment banking, or strategy functions. * Experience leading cross-functional projects. * Analytical profile, with strong problem-structuring capabilities and solution-proposing skills. * Experience in business case development and financial evaluation of projects. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. Responsibilities: 1. Proactive identification and structuring of strategic initiatives: Identifies opportunities for improvement, growth, or efficiency across business areas (B2C, B2B, Wholesale, Digital, Channels, etc.), converts them into structured hypotheses, and develops actionable proposals supported by quantitative and qualitative analysis. 2. Business case development and financial modeling: Builds robust business cases, modeling scenarios, risks, financial sensitivity, and impact on P&L, cash flow, and key metrics. 3. Leadership and coordination of cross-functional strategic projects: Coordinates projects across various departments (Commercial, Finance, Operations, Technology, Regulation, etc.), establishing work plans, milestones, progress tracking, and stakeholder management. 4. Competitive analysis and continuous strategic reflection: Monitors industry trends, competitor moves, regulatory and technological changes, generating periodic executive insights. 5. Executive communication and organizational influence: Prepares high-level executive presentations, distilling key messages and crafting clear, decision-oriented narratives.
