Experience in creating HR processes or structuring HR departments. **Human Resources Manager** **Location:** Huasca de Ocampo, Hidalgo **Salary and Benefits** * Monthly gross salary of **$15,000 to $19,000** * **Statutory benefits** * **Working hours:** * Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Saturday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM **Job Objective** * Build and organize the Human Resources department from scratch. * Establish processes, clear rules, and greater order within a family-owned company of 15 employees. * Promote a work culture based on responsibility, respect, and results. **Main Responsibilities** * Implement the Human Resources department and its core processes. * Design internal policies and work guidelines. * Create and document the company’s mission, vision, and values. * Translate these principles into clear operational rules. * Develop job descriptions and define roles and hierarchies. * Identify informal practices and propose organizational improvements. * Support management in implementing internal changes. * Measure workplace climate and strengthen organizational culture. * Serve as a balancing point between the family owners and employees. * Design the recruitment process once the structure is defined. **Candidate Profile** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. * **3 to 5 years’ experience in Human Resources or Organizational Development**. * Experience creating HR processes or structuring HR departments. * Prior experience in **family-owned businesses or SMEs** is desirable. **Key Skills** * Organizational development and workplace culture. * Policy and process design. * Organizational analysis. * Clear communication and conflict management. * Ability to create order and structure. **Expected Outcomes** * A clear and applied organizational philosophy. * Defined processes and rules for all employees. * Well-established roles and responsibilities. * Reduced conflicts and informal practices. * A more organized and professionalized company.
