Human Resources and Organizational Development Manager We are currently in a stage of **company growth and professionalization**, and therefore seek to integrate into our team a person who will lead the development of the **Human Resources and internal organizational** function. Job Objective Lead, develop, and strengthen the **Human Resources and Organizational Development** function by designing and implementing strategic processes that improve internal organization, culture, workflows, staff performance and retention, drive productivity, and support company growth. The ideal candidate will focus on **organizational structure, talent development, workplace culture, and continuous improvement**. Key Responsibilities: Organizational Development * Support defining the **organizational structure and clear roles within the company**. * Develop and update **job descriptions and responsibilities per department**. * Collaborate on improving internal processes and team organization. * HR Compliance Administration Recruitment and Selection * From sourcing through onboarding. * Post job openings and coordinate **recruitment and selection** processes. * Evaluate candidates for operational, administrative, and commercial departments. * Coordinate the **onboarding process for new employees**. Training and Development * Design and implement **staff training programs**. * Identify training needs across departments. * Support leadership development for middle management and other required personnel. Organizational Culture * Promote a work environment grounded in values such as **respect, responsibility, and collaboration**. * Support resolution of internal conflicts. * Drive initiatives to strengthen internal communication.
