Job Summary: Ensure the operational continuity of the technological infrastructure through the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, networks, and video surveillance. Key Highlights: 1. Manages network and Windows server infrastructure. 2. Provides hardware and software technical support. 3. Configures and maintains electronic security systems (CCTV). **Job Objective:** Ensure the operational continuity of the technological infrastructure through the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, data networks, and video surveillance (CCTV) systems, guaranteeing organizational communication security and efficiency. **1\. Main Functions and Responsibilities** * **Network Infrastructure Management:** * Installation of structured cabling (UTP, fiber optic) and conduit. * Configuration of racks, switches, routers, and access points (AP). * Administration of LAN and WLAN networks and Windows servers. * **Technical Support and Systems:** * Installation, configuration, and updating of operating systems (Windows/Linux/Mac) and productivity software. * Preventive and corrective hardware maintenance (PCs, laptops, peripherals). * Diagnosis and resolution of first- and second-level incidents. * **Electronic Security Systems (CCTV):** * Mounting and conduit installation for security cameras. * Configuration of **analog** cameras (TVI/CVI/AHD technologies) and **IP** cameras. * Configuration of recorders (DVR/NVR), storage management, and remote viewing setup on mobile devices. * Maintenance of power supplies and connectors. **2\. Required Technical Knowledge** * **Hardware:** Computer architecture and component diagnostics. * **Software:** Installation and configuration of Office suites, accounting and design software, management systems, and networks. **3\. Candidate Profile Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Systems, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related technical field. * **Experience:** 1–2 years in similar on-site support or field installation roles. * **Required Skills:** * **Soft Skills:** * Problem-solving under pressure. * Customer service orientation. * Ability to work at heights (mandatory for camera installation). * Orderliness and cleanliness during task execution (cable management and aesthetics). **4\. Tools and Equipment** * Use of multimeter, cable tester (network tester), and impact crimping tools. * Operation of drills and manual tools for physical infrastructure work. **5\. Performance Indicators (KPIs)** * **Average response time** to network or system failures. * **CCTV system availability** (percentage of time cameras record without interruption). * **Completion rate of monthly preventive maintenance plan.** Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Salary: $10,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
