Coordination and supervision of installation technician crews. 2. Management of fiber optic (FTTH) installation projects. 3. Ensuring service quality and customer support. We are a company specializing in the construction and maintenance of telecommunications infrastructure, and we are currently seeking talent to join our team as an FTTH Supervisor. **Profile Requirements** * Completed degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Proven experience coordinating installation crews for fiber optic (FTTH) installation projects. * Knowledge of supervision for installations, migrations, and handling telephone line complaints. * Administrative control skills and performance indicator tracking. * Residence in Pachuca or very nearby areas (mandatory requirement). **Main Responsibilities** Coordinate and supervise installation technician crews in the field. Supervise installation, migration, and telecommunications service support activities. Ensure appropriate customer support and compliance with quality standards. Manage material resources: utility vehicles, tools, uniforms, and equipment. Monitor productivity, attendance, and personnel performance indicators.
