Location: The position is based in Ecatepec de Morelos, State of Mexico. **Job Requirements** * Minimum education: Technical degree in Information Technologies or related field. * Prior experience as a Systems Administrator in the automotive industry. * Knowledge of networks and operating systems. * Certifications in systems will be considered an advantage. **Job Responsibilities** \- Preventive and corrective maintenance of computing equipment and peripherals at assigned dealerships. \- Comprehensive knowledge to support staff in using office productivity tools. \- Implementation, enforcement, and administration of technical and operational information security policies in their entirety. \- Coordination with technology service providers. \- Proficiency in administering servers running Windows Server. \- Administration and knowledge of LAN, WAN, IP telephony, and Fortinet firewalls. \- Familiarity with CRM platforms, Sales U, Salesforce, and Seekop for LEAD tracking. **Compensation and Additional Benefits** * Monthly gross salary of $18,000. * Grocery vouchers. * Training and professional development opportunities. * Collaborative and dynamic work environment. * Opportunities for career advancement within the company.
