Human Resources Manager** A growing company is looking for a **Human Resources Manager** to lead and strengthen human talent management. **Location:** Ecatepec de Morelos, State of Mexico **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, and Saturday morning **Position Objective** To be responsible for administering and supervising all human resources functions, ensuring accurate payroll processing, talent acquisition, and compliance with current labor regulations. **Main Responsibilities** * Manage and supervise the full payroll process (calculation, disbursement, incidents, taxes, and benefits). * Ensure compliance with labor and tax obligations. * Coordinate recruitment, selection, and hiring processes. * Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and modifications with relevant authorities. * Address staff inquiries regarding payments, benefits, and policies. * Implement and supervise HR policies. * Maintain up-to-date personnel files. * Manage incidents (absences, leaves, vacations, disabilities). * Foster a positive work environment and organizational culture. * Supervise the use of payroll and HR systems. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in companies with \+100 employees). * Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law, IMSS, INFONAVIT, and tax obligations. * Experience with payroll systems (CONTPAQi, NOI, or similar). * Intermediate–advanced Excel skills. * High level of ethics and confidentiality. **Skills** * Organization and attention to detail * Effective communication * Problem solving * Leadership * Handling of sensitive information **Performance Indicators** * Payroll accuracy * Time to fill vacancies * Legal compliance * Employee satisfaction * Turnover control **Interested candidates:** Apply by submitting an updated CV.
