Review product rotation to prevent or reduce shrinkage. Control warehouse inventories via ERP, ensuring real-time data accuracy. Monitor safety and hygiene (KPIs). Provide administrative support for interactions with government institutions, as well as audit follow-up (permits, STPS, NOM).
