Communication with sales, purchasing, and customers **COACERO S.A. de C.V. is seeking a LOGISTICS MANAGER in Tequisistlan \- Tezoyuca, State of Mexico** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- At COACERO, a company dedicated to the commercialization of construction materials (steel, rebar, cement, and derivatives), we are looking for a Logistics Manager responsible for coordinating and supervising logistics operations, ensuring proper supply, inventory control, and efficient distribution of heavy materials while meeting delivery deadlines and quality standards. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate receipt, storage, and dispatch of construction materials * Supervise inventories (rebar, steel, cement, etc.) and track incoming/outgoing goods * Plan local delivery routes to optimize time and costs * Personnel management * Ensure safe loading and unloading of heavy materials * Monitor orders and guarantee on-time, accurate deliveries * Coordinate basic maintenance of transport vehicles * Maintain communication with sales, purchasing, and customers **Requirements:** * Reside near the work location (Tezoyuca, State of Mexico) * Education: Bachelor's degree or Engineering (Logistics, Industrial, Administration, or related field) * Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory control and transportation logistics * Proficiency in Excel (intermediate/advanced) and ERP systems * Leadership, organizational skills, and results-oriented mindset **We Offer:** * Base salary with weekly payment * Statutory benefits (health insurance, year-end bonus, vacation, vacation premium) * Working hours: Monday to Saturday * Location: Tezoyuca **Desired Education Level:** Higher education \- incomplete **Desired Experience Level:** Mid-level **Departmental Function:** Logistics / Transportation **Industry:** Wholesale trade / Wholesaler **Skills:** * leadership * planning * ORGANIZATION * decision-making * TEAMWORK *This job posting originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69e660223500003900c685e1\&source\=indeed*
