Vértice is seeking candidates to fill the position of: **Commercial Manager** **Responsibilities:** * Design and implement commercial and sales strategies aligned with the organization’s objectives. * Lead, coordinate, and develop the commercial team by establishing KPIs and operational indicators to ensure tracking, control, and achievement of targets. * Drive the opening and development of new markets, both nationally and internationally. * Design and implement incentive schemes to motivate high team performance. * Align commercial objectives with financial and collections objectives, ensuring profitability and healthy cash flow. * Define and set the direction for marketing strategies, ensuring consistency between marketing actions and commercial objectives. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. * Experience in strategies, administration, and sales monitoring. * Experience in national and international customer service. * Preferred experience in the footwear sector or textile fashion industry. * Advanced English proficiency. **We Offer:** A gross monthly salary ranging from $55,000 to $65,000, plus benefits exceeding statutory requirements.
