Our team is expanding, and we are seeking: ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE MANAGER **Objective:** Monitor and supervise the collections process to maintain healthy company accounts and ensure cash flow availability. **Responsibilities:** 1\. Validate Emobel promotions to execute exchanges and generate revenue. 2\. Conduct customer portfolio analysis to keep company accounts clean and up to date. 3\. Reconcile customer portfolio versus corporate records to obtain weekly cash flow. 4\. Validate billing under agreements to prevent duplication. 5\. Negotiate with installers to secure appropriate returns. 6\. Prepare monthly customer portfolio reports for submission and follow-up with the Corporate Revenue Department. 7\. Submit required information to the Corporate Office to support Deloitte audits. 8\. Calculate weekly returns for collections from installers. 9\. Monitor and supervise the execution of departmental activities to ensure achievement of objectives. 10\. Provide support and assistance to other departments regarding collection-related matters, release of sales orders, and provision of customer information to resolve queries. 11\. Perform reconciliations during the integration of customer provisions per UEN, invoiced and paid amounts from Comer and Conectha at each month-end closing, to guarantee the outstanding accounts receivable balance per UEN. **Requirements:** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting **Experience:** Minimum two years’ experience in a related accounts receivable role; ability to work under pressure; strong numerical aptitude **We Offer:** Base salary + benefits exceeding statutory requirements + Hybrid work arrangement Work schedule: Monday to Friday (Option of 1–2 days working remotely) Job stability **Work Location:** Teca´mac, State of Mexico
