Overview: Americas Total Rewards team Responsibilities: This position will support and lead Compensation initiatives for the Americas region, provide recommendations for hourly and salaried employees regarding new hires, promotions, and internal organizational changes, and deliver relevant data to drive various initiatives—from planning through implementation. Acts as the main point of contact and subject matter expert for benefits in Mexico. * Provide salary recommendations for new hires, promotions, and organizational changes across the Americas region * Lead the annual renewal of employees’ insurance policies in Mexico * Serve as the main point of contact and liaison with benefits brokers, including processing invoices for payment * Support the Annual Compensation Planning / Merit and Short-Term Incentive (STI) process * Support the Total Rewards Leadership team with any initiative or project within Total Rewards Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, etc. * 3–5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits in Mexico; knowledge of markets such as the U.S. and Canada is preferred * Familiarity with various market data surveys, market evaluation methodologies, and collective bargaining agreements.
