Ensure annual store sales budget and operational profitability according to targets set by the Operations Director 2\. Ensure zero deviations in inventory management 3\. Guarantee high-quality customer service delivered by store staff Experience: Minimum 6 MONTHS as STORE ASSISTANT MANAGER in a similar business unit (self-service stores, grocery stores, convenience stores, etc.) Sales strategy implementation, inventory control, shrinkage control, customer service, cash handling, personnel management, marketing.
