Job Summary:
Coordinate, validate, and monitor transfer operations, control documentation, and report inconsistencies to ensure operational continuity.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordination and tracking of goods transfers
2. Validation of documentary and administrative information
3. Monitoring and reporting of operational incidents
**Location**: Zumpango, State of Mexico.
**We Offer**: Monthly gross salary of $15,000.00, food vouchers, and statutory benefits.
**Academic Requirements**: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Administration, or related field.
**Required Experience**: 1–2 years in administrative roles.
**Software**: Office 365, Air Cargo Operations System, ERP
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Coordinate and track virtual and physical goods transfers according to daily operations.
* Validate documentary and administrative information related to transfer operations.
* Prepare, review, and manage digital and physical files for each operation.
* Monitor transfer status and ensure timely follow-up until closure.
* Identify and report inconsistencies, incidents, or operational deviations that may affect operational continuity.
* Generate operational and administrative reports related to completed transfers.
* Prepare weekly or monthly operational and administrative reports.
* Track departmental performance indicators.
* Update databases and administrative controls.
