Description Supervise and schedule Preventive Maintenance activities. * Enforce all BRP (LOTO) policies and administer disciplinary measures when necessary. * Ensure equipment is maintained in good working order. * Conduct regular safety meetings and provide safety training as needed to ensure a safe work environment. * Read electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic diagrams. * Monitor departmental KPIs focused on continuous improvement.
