Identification of behavioral patterns and sales forecasting **At Maxiacero, our talent is the engine of success!** A 100% Mexican company with over 30 years of experience in the hardware industry, we are expanding our team by hiring a **Sales Advisor**, passionate about transforming commercial data into strategic information through report generation and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize sales department decision-making. **What we seek in you:** · Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial data analysis, database management, and control dashboard (dashboard) development. · Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering. (Graduated, intern, or incomplete degree). · Ability to structure complex databases and relate commercial variables. · Proficiency in tools for visually presenting information in an understandable manner. · Application of formulas to calculate averages, deviations, and growth trends. · Understanding of steel measurement units (tons, thousands) to accurately report volumes. **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** · Collect sales data from Maxiacero’s ERP and CRM systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. · Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales progress reports, including comparisons against budget and quotas. · Measure metrics such as conversion rate, average transaction value, profitability per customer, and individual sales target achievement. · Identify behavioral patterns in the steel and hardware markets to forecast future sales (Forecasting). · Support departmental activities as directed by the manager. **We offer:** * Monthly salary ranging from $12,000.00 to $15,000.00 net per month, commensurate with experience. * Statutory benefits (IMSS, Infonavit, 15-day year-end bonus, PV 25%) * Seniority bonus. * Professional growth opportunities. * Savings fund. * Cafeteria service. * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. **Work location:** Av.
