ISA Solutions – Pachuquilla, Mineral de la Reforma, Hidalgo. **ISA Solutions**, a company dedicated to advanced manufacturing and CNC machining services, is seeking to add a **Process / Manufacturing Technician** with proven CNC experience and technical skills in manufacturability and feasibility analysis to its team. This role is key to ensuring timely, accurate, and technically viable quotations for our customers. **Responsibilities:** * Analyze 2D drawings and 3D models to evaluate **manufacturing feasibility**. * Identify critical tolerances, materials, and process risks. * Estimate **machining times** and define preliminary process routes. * Select cutting tools, workholding methods, and machining strategies. * Prepare technical documentation to support **CNC part quoting**. * Document processes, technical notes, and assumptions used. * Collaborate with CNC programming and production teams to validate processes. * Maintain technical communication with tooling and material suppliers. **Requirements:** * Technical degree in Machine Tools, Associate's degree in Manufacturing, or related technical field. * Proven experience operating **CNC lathes or machining centers** (minimum 3 years). * Ability to interpret engineering drawings and GD\&T. * Knowledge of metallic materials. * Familiarity with cutting tools and basic machining parameters. * Basic CAD skills (SolidWorks desirable). * Analytical thinking, organization, and responsibility. **Important:** * **Only candidates meeting the technical requirements will be considered.** * **A theoretical-practical exam will be administered** to assess actual skills in blueprint reading, CNC processes, and time estimation. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary based on experience. * Job stability and opportunities for growth. * Training in advanced manufacturing. * Benefits exceeding legal requirements. * Professional and respectful work environment.
