We are looking for someone with initiative, strategic focus, and a collaborative attitude. **Your main responsibilities** * Coordinate and track the entire process of maritime and land imports. * Enter purchase orders into **SAP Business One** and track weekly shipments with suppliers. * Prepare **bills of lading and customs documentation**, as well as manage Customs Verification Units (UVA). * Review **customs entries, expense statements**, and freight invoices. * Perform **logistics rate comparisons**, search for and onboard new suppliers. * Generate damaged product reports and provide administrative support to the department. **Key Requirements** * **\+1 years of experience** in maritime and land imports (ideally in food or related industries). * **Incomplete or completed bachelor's degree** in International Trade or Business. * **Intermediate to advanced English** (minimum 80% written proficiency). * Proficiency in: * **NOM\-051**, Incoterms, import clearance, IGI, TIGIE, and tariff fractions. * **SAP Business One** and **intermediate Excel**. **What sets you apart** * Practical thinking and results-oriented approach. * Ability to anticipate problems and act quickly. * Autonomy, responsibility, and attention to detail. * Analytical, disciplined mindset with strong commitment. * Constant desire to learn and take on new challenges. **We Offer** * **Base salary:** $10,833 per month. * **Punctuality and attendance bonuses:** $1,083 \+ $1,083\. * **Total Salary:** $13,000 * **Benefits exceeding legal requirements:** * 5% Savings Fund * 5% Grocery Vouchers * Life Insurance * Health Card * Gym Subsidy * Birthday Holiday * **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday 7:00–17:00 \| Saturday 8:00–12:00\. * **Contract Type:** Indefinite.
