Main requirements: * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade, Public Administration, Law, or related field. * **Minimum experience:** 3 years in **regulatory/legal advisory roles in foreign trade and customs**. * Experience in **customs declaration filing**. * Possession of an active e.firma and immediate availability to use it. * Knowledge and application of **ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 27001** (document management and information security). * Residence near the area: Ecatepec, State of Mexico. Required knowledge: * Current legislation and regulations in **foreign trade, customs, and tariff classification**. * Development and management of **business rules for regulatory validation systems (Prevalidador)**. * Procedures for **inquiries and procedures before federal authorities**. * Principles of **quality management** and **information security**. * Knowledge of the **SAAI technical manual**. * Knowledge in **reading M files**. * Knowledge in **interpreting errors issued by SAT**. Skills: * Regulatory analysis and interpretation. * Technical writing and preparation of reports, official documentation, and **justifications**. * Customer and user service focused on regulatory solutions. * Teamwork and cross-department coordination.
