Continuous training. **Junior Graphic Designer / UX – Recent Graduate** * Pachuca de Soto, Hidalgo (and nearby municipalities) * Full-time \| State government program A company located in Pachuca de Soto, Hidalgo, is seeking a recently graduated Junior Graphic Designer interested in developing expertise in digital design, social media, and basic UX design. Hiring will be conducted through a state government employment support program; therefore, residing in the state and meeting the program’s requirements are mandatory. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field (recent graduate). * Residency in the State of Hidalgo (preferably Pachuca de Soto or surrounding areas). * Immediate availability. * Proficiency in: * Adobe Photoshop * Illustrator * InDesign * Figma (basic) * Basic knowledge of: * Social media design * Photo editing and retouching * After Effects or video editing (preferred) **Responsibilities** * Designing social media content. * Creating banners, images, and infographics. * Supporting visual identity and corporate materials. * Basic digital interface layout (mockups). * Assisting with prototypes and user-centered design. * Collaborating with marketing and development teams. **Competencies** * Creativity and attention to detail. * Responsibility and commitment. * Teamwork. * Positive attitude and willingness to learn. * Organization and adherence to deadlines. * Interest in digital design and user experience. **We Offer** * Professional experience in real-world projects. * Professional development and growth. * Continuous training. * Integration through the state employment support program.
