It's a colorful world \- make your mark by joining the BIC team today. **Job Description** As a Continuous Improvement Engineer, you will be responsible for optimizing processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality. You will use methodologies such as **Lean Manufacturing** and **Six Sigma**, analyze production data, lead optimization projects, and collaborate with production teams to implement solutions that reduce costs and enhance productivity. What You’ll Do: * Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams in the use and implementation of Continuous Improvement tools. * Monitor the proper use of tools through the implementation of tracking indicators. * Determine, together with your direct leader and functional area, action plans according to desired results aligned with the organization's strategy. * Support operational areas in defining and executing new Continuous Improvement projects through analysis of indicators such as Time and Motion, Operational Efficiency, Scrap Analysis, and Value Stream Mapping methodology, among others. * Develop 6 Sigma projects in assigned areas. * Lead and train through Lean Manufacturing workshops. Projects You’ll Work On: * Ensure data reliability for decision making * Analyze various organizational databases to propose innovative solutions using lean manufacturing. * Coordinate with internal and external multidisciplinary teams to meet timely launches of new projects, according to project objectives. * Ability to work under service level and urgency by solving problems collaboratively using analytical and synthetic skills. What We’re Looking For In You: * Completed Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering * Problem-solving tools, lean manufacturing tools. * Experience as a leader in implementing continuous improvement methodologies. * Intermediate to advanced statistical knowledge. * Experience as a Continuous Improvement Engineer or similar role. * Adherence to procedures, effective communication skills, teamwork, analytical and synthetic skills, flexibility and adaptability to change, leadership, decision-making, planning. * Advanced English proficiency * Knowledge and execution of controls and activities related to your functions to achieve individual objectives aligned with organizational goals. * Execution of requirements from Integrated Management Systems according to your position.
