Our offer includes: * **Compensation**: MXN 35,000–40,000 monthly, free of statutory benefits, fully nominal, Savings Fund, Life Insurance, Major Medical Expense Insurance, Grocery Vouchers, and Training Program **\*Initial 2-month contract, extended to indefinite term based on performance\*** * **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * **Work Location**: Remote **What We’re Looking For** * 3–4 years of experience as: RPA Developer Engineer, RPA Developer, RPA Consultant, or RPA Specialist. * 2–3 years of experience in requirements management, information gathering, and stakeholder and business user engagement. * 2–3 years of experience developing RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere 360 Bot Creator, Control Room, unattended and attended bots, MetaBots, reusable packages, and cloud automation (A360\). Bot Insight (preferred). * 2–3 years of experience with programming/scripting languages such as Java, VBScript, JavaScript, or Python for complementary logic, and using APIs (REST/SOAP) for system integration. * 2–3 years of experience in data integration, advanced Excel (macros, large datasets), and handling files: CSV, TXT, PDF. Basic SQL knowledge for queries (preferred). * Version control (Git or similar, preferred).
