Position Summary:
We are seeking a financial-accounting leader to oversee the accounting cycle, ensure regulatory compliance, analyze financial statements, manage risks, support strategic decisions, and lead teams.

Education
* Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
* Master’s degree or specialization in Finance, Taxation, or Administration is desirable.
Experience
* Minimum 5 years in managerial financial or accounting roles.
* Experience in financial control, taxation, auditing, and general administration.
* Experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
* Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (ODOO, ASPEL).
Knowledge
* General and tax accounting.
* Corporate finance.
* Costs and inventory management.
* Budgeting and treasury management.
* Financial and operational KPIs.
* Regulatory frameworks of SAT, IMSS, INFONAVIT, and STPS.

Responsibilities
* Supervise the full accounting cycle: journal entries, reconciliations, monthly and annual closings.
* Design and maintain internal control and audit policies and procedures.
* Coordinate internal and external audits.
* Ensure compliance with tax, labor, and financial obligations (SAT, IMSS, INFONAVIT, etc.).
* Supervise production cost control, inventory management, and margin analysis.
* Analyze financial statements, financial ratios, and KPIs on a monthly basis, establishing improvement strategies.
* Develop and monitor action plans and continuous improvement initiatives for the company.
* Participate in financial planning and budget preparation.
* Monitor cash flow, treasury operations, and liquidity projections.
* Evaluate profitability by product, channel, customer, or region.
* Manage financial, operational, and tax-related risks.
* Support strategic decisions regarding expansion, financing, investment, and cost reduction.
* Lead and develop the financial-accounting team.
* Coordinate and supervise departments to meet performance indicators and objectives.
* Manage the company’s human, material, and financial resources.
* Define and establish objectives aligned with the General Management.
* Ensure compliance with legal provisions applicable to the company.
* Guarantee proper operation and functioning of the company.
* Verify compliance with quality policies across all departments.
* Approve tax returns, provisional and annual tax payments, and other legal obligations.
* Direct the company’s administrative-financial operations and functioning.
* Assign tasks, evaluate performance, and propose promotions or disciplinary actions within the team.
* Reject expenses or budget deviations lacking proper documentation or authorization.
* Halt or reject financial or administrative processes that violate regulations or pose risks to the company.

Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
Employment type: Full-time
Salary: $45,000.00 – $50,000.00 per month
